Glow Jerseys (“we,” “us,” or “our”) ships orders to the United States and Canada. Please review the information below carefully before placing your order.


Order Processing Time

  • All orders require approximately 24 hours for production, quality testing, and packaging before shipment

  • Processing time is separate from shipping time

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays may begin processing the next business day


Shipping Options & Estimated Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping methods:

Standard Shipping

  • Estimated delivery: 2–3 weeks after shipment

  • Lower-cost option

Express Shipping

  • Estimated delivery: 6–10 business days after shipment

  • Faster, higher-cost option

⚠️ Please note:
All delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Shipping times may be extended due to:

  • High order volume (especially during holidays such as Christmas)

  • Customs processing

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather or other unforeseen circumstances

The majority of orders are shipped from overseas fulfillment centers.


Shipping Costs

  • Shipping is paid by the customer

  • A base shipping rate applies

  • Additional shipping charges may apply per item

  • Shipping rates vary by order size and shipping method

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.


Carriers & Tracking

  • Orders are shipped via FedEx, UPS, DHL, or similar carriers

  • Tracking information will be provided once available

  • Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after shipment


Delayed, Lost, or Missing Packages

Delayed Packages

  • Slight or moderate delivery delays do not qualify for refunds or replacements

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed

Lost Packages

  • If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier:

    • A free replacement will be sent or

    • A full refund will be issued

Each case is reviewed individually.


Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

  • Glow Jerseys is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses

  • Address changes can be made only if the order has not yet shipped

  • Once an order has shipped, we cannot change the delivery address

Custom Orders

  • Custom jerseys follow the same shipping timelines unless otherwise stated

  • Custom orders cannot be canceled or refunded once production begins
