Glow Jerseys offers a FREE 1-Year Limited Warranty on all Glow Jersey LED signs, beginning on the date your order is delivered.

This warranty is provided at no additional cost and covers manufacturing defects and product malfunctions under normal use.

What This Warranty Covers

Our 1-year warranty covers:

  • LED lights that stop working under normal use

  • Electrical issues caused by manufacturing defects

  • Internal wiring or power issues not caused by misuse

  • Product that arrives non-functional or fails within the warranty period

If your product qualifies, we will provide either:

  • A free replacement, or

  • A full or partial refund, at our discretion

What This Warranty Does NOT Cover

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or negligence

  • Damage from improper installation or mounting

  • Physical damage (cracks, breaks, bent backing, cut wires)

  • Damage caused during return shipping due to improper packaging

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused by power surges, water, fire, or environmental exposure

  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications

Custom Jerseys

  • Custom jerseys are covered only for manufacturing defects

  • Custom jerseys are not eligible for returns or exchanges for preference-based reasons

  • Warranty claims for custom jerseys must meet defect criteria

How to File a Warranty Claim

Include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos and/or videos showing the problem

Failure to provide adequate documentation may delay or void the warranty claim.

Shipping for Warranty Claims

  • If your claim is approved, Glow Jerseys will cover the cost of the replacement item

  • In some cases, you may be required to return the original item before a replacement is issued

  • Returned items must be packaged securely to prevent damage during transit

Limitations of Liability

This Limited Warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty provided by Glow Jerseys.
We do not offer any other express or implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, except where prohibited by law.

Glow Jerseys is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Changes to This Warranty

We reserve the right to modify or update this Warranty at any time. Any changes will apply to future purchases only.
