🚚How long does shipping take?
All Glow Jerseys are handcrafted to order. Allow 2 days for production and testing, then standard shipping of 2–3 weeks. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
🎨Can I customize with my own name and number?
Yes! Head to the Custom Jersey page to fully personalize your sign — name, number, sport, jersey color, backboard, and LED color. Custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged, so double-check details before placing.
📏What's the difference between 20" and 30"?
The 20" standard size is great for desks, shelves, and smaller wall spaces. The 30" large size makes a statement — ideal for a feature wall, man cave, or locker room. Both come with a remote and mounting kit.
↩️Can I return or exchange my order?
Player jerseys (non-custom) can be returned within 30 days if unused. Custom jerseys cannot be returned. If your sign arrives damaged, contact us and we'll make it right. See our full Refund Policy.
