Return and Refund Policy

Return Eligibility (Standard Jerseys Only)

  • Standard (non-custom) jerseys are eligible for returns within 30 days of delivery

  • Items must be:

    • In original condition

    • Unused and undamaged

    • In original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Custom Jerseys (Final Sale)

  • All custom jerseys are final sale

  • This includes any jersey with:

    • Custom names

    • Custom numbers

    • Custom colors or designs

  • No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be granted for custom jerseys, as they are made specifically for each customer and cannot be resold

Damaged, Defective, or Non-Functioning Items

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Broken

  • Not functioning correctly

  • Or incorrect

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos of the issue.

Eligible cases will receive either:

  • A free replacement, or

  • A full refund

Exchanges (Standard Jerseys Only)

  • Exchanges are allowed within 7 days of delivery

  • Only applicable to standard (non-custom) jerseys

  • Examples of eligible exchanges:

    • Ordered the wrong player

    • Want a different standard jersey design

Conditions:

  • Jersey must be undamaged

  • Must be returned in original packaging

  • Custom jerseys are not eligible for exchanges

Return & Exchange Shipping Responsibility

  • Returned or exchanged jerseys must be packaged securely

  • We strongly recommend packaging the jersey exactly as it was received

  • Jerseys that arrive damaged due to improper return packaging:

    • Will NOT be eligible for a free exchange

    • Will NOT qualify for a full refund

Proper packaging is critical to protect the product during transit.

Refund Processing

  • Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval or denial

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer
